Maxpatch Repair Mortar for restoration or repair of industrial concrete flooring

 Drizoro Maxpatch Mortar for repair of industrial concrete floors with advanced mechanical characteristics that allows it to be used in the restoration of repair of industrial concrete floors, ramps, steps etc. Maxpatch has good adhesion, resistant to abrasion and is non-slip. Included are two components; the first a cement powder, the second a liquid resin. These two are mixed together.

Repair Mortars such as Drizoro Maxpatch  are used for:

  • For restoration of industrial roads.
  • repair restoration of industrial concrete paving
  • To patch eroded concrete floors or to raise height.
  • For non-slip ramp constructions – it is resistant to traffic.
  • To repair concrete ramps and steps that have been damaged.

How are repair of industrial concrete floors made

Mixing

Place Maxcryl resin in a clean container and then add Drizoro Maxpatch. Mix to a creamy grout consistency and prime the treatment area with a brush. Prepare a semi dry mixture using approximately 4 – 4.5 litres of Maxcryl resin for every 25kg of Drizoro Maxpatch powder.
Do not over mix.
Applications 
Apply the Drizoro Maxpatch with a steel float without applying too much pressure. Do not over trowel. Lay Drizoro Maxpatch in layers not more than 25mm thick. If a greater thickness is required scratch the under coat and lay subsequent layers within 30 minutes. Drizoro Maxpatch must be applied immediately after mixing and final leveling must be completed within 20 minutes.

Recommended CAUTIONS 

Drizoro Maxpatch is for repair of industrial concrete floors and paving and should not be used on asphalt surfaces, anti-dust paints or metal supports. It should not be applied to surfaces below 5 degrees Celsius or if this temperature is expected within 24 hours of application.
