Surface Preparation:

To optimize consumption of Bluee-Powerclean.

Sweep off all loose material, remove excessive build-up of grease, carbon dust, salts, or unsound particles from the surface to be treated

 Application Instructions:

Always Test On Surfaces Prior To Application!

Limitations:

Apply in good weather when air and surface temperature are above 7°C. and surface temperature is at least 5°C. above the Dew Point. For optimum application properties, materials should be between 21-32°C. prior to application. Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage at 5-32°C out of direct sunlight

Surface Preparation:

Always test before application. then Dilute according to the needs of each job.

• Light Cleaning:

1 part Bluee-Powercleanto 20-30 parts water.

• Normal Cleaning:

1 Part Bluee-Powercleanto 10-20 Parts water.

• Heavy Cleaning:

1 Part Bluee-Powercleanto 5-10 Parts water.

• Extra Duty Cleaning:

1 Part Bluee-Powercleanto 1-5 Parts water.

• Grease Removal:

Use –Bluee-Powerclean undiluted.

Method of Application:

Apply to surface

Agitate concrete surface using a stiff nylon brush, broom or rotating concrete scrubber and a 3000 psi pressure washer.

Power wash away all dirt and remaining Bluee-Powerclean And rinse well.

Repeat on any stubborn stains scrubbing with a stiff nylon bristle brush. Pressure wash with minimum 3000 psi.

 Application: 

Bluee-Powerclean can be applied by brush, broom, mop or spray ensuring a uniform and homogeneous coverage.

Dilute Concentrate: 10:1 or 15:1

Allow Bluee-Powercleanto work on the surface for about 2-5 minutes, mechanically agitate severe spots. Wash the surface thoroughly with plenty of water.

 Heavy Cleaning:

Use full strength 1:1

Extra Duty Cleaning: 

Allow –Bluee-Powerclean to work on the surface for about 3-5 minutes, agitate severe spots. Wash the surface thoroughly with plenty of water.

Steam Cleaning Or Pressure Wash: 

A pre-mixed solution can be drawn from auxiliary tube or put directly into mixing tank giving up 1;200 dilution at the nozzle.

In case of a high level of pollutant on the surface, if necessary, repeat the treatment to achieve a better result

 Cleaning: 

Clean Tools and equipment immediately with water after use.
