Technical Info

The Admix is a permanent, crystalline capillary waterproofing admixture. When added to concrete or mortar, insoluble crystals are formed and developed in the water bearing capillaries of the mix. This effectively blocks the passage of water ensuring permanent water tightness for the life of the structure.

Dosage: 0.8 kg per Cubic Metre of Concrete (0.80 kg/m³)

CMA 100 Ultra Clearseal

CMA100 Ultra ClearSeal 5 Litres CMA product reacts with calcium to form a water-insoluble calcium silicate hydrate gel that seals the cracks, pores and capillaries of the concrete.

CMA 100 Ultra ClearSeal will seal cracks in the concrete up to 2.2mm and with most mix designs will remain reactive in the concrete to seal future hairline cracks in contact with water.

CMA Ultraclear TrafficCoat Transparent Waterproof Coating Transparent Waterproof Coating

CLEARCOAT Transparent Waterproofing Membrane comes in 1, 3 and 7 litre containers. Single pack copolymer emulsion. This CMA product forms a transparent gloss finish that is tough, durable, flexible, for foot traffic. Ideal to be applied over leaking tiled surfaces like showers or balcony decks to form a waterproof barrier without the need to remove the original tiled surfaces.

CLEARCOAT Transparent Membrane requires 2 to 3 coats. It is recommended to do multiple thin coats.

Consumption Guide: 1kg diluted ratio mix (2 parts CLEARCOAT to 1 part water) will cover approximately 4.5m² per 2 coats.

CMA EasyBond creates a cementitious key coat bonding bridge on Permanent Formwork i.e. DINCEL, REDIWALL, and ZEGO. Non-porous surfaces such as (powder coated) metal, shipping containers or any other PVC-based walling system.
